Q: I can’t place my order through your online store

Q: What do I get with the Theme Studio without the annual membership?

A: The Theme Studio is the evolution of its predecessor the Theme Library. The Theme Library was a fixed collection of pre-designed layouts and layout elements. The Theme Studio presents a new distribution model. Without the annual membership, you will have access to periodic releases of new icon collections and layout elements. Some Layout Themes will be provided for free while some other content must be purchased. The Layout Themes provided on a monthly basis will be premium based layouts, where the free layouts and elements may not be as complete.

The primary reason for purchasing the Theme Studio is for access to its internal development tools such as the Icon Studio, Layout Color Swapper and Gradient Maker. The other big benefit is the project management aspect of the solution.

Q: My copy of the Theme Studio seems like it’s missing features.

A: Make sure you’re running the most recent version of the Theme Studio. You can find more information about updating and if you’re being told you need to update the Storage.fp7 file then read about updating the Storage File

Q: My copy of the Theme Studio won’t connect to the web site.

A: You may need to reset your password or there are rare times when the site is either busy or having issues. You can always set the time period within which the software checks for updates. This can be found in the Settings area (the gear icon).
